In May of 2010, The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) issued a Request For Information (RFI) titled:
DARPA
- SN-10 -46 SUSPECTED MALICIOUS INSIDER THREAT ELIMINATION (SMITE). In this RFI DARPA states "Many attacks are combinations
of directly observable and inferred events. Topics of interest to this RFI include, but are not limited to, techniques
to (a) derive information
about the relationship between deductions, the likely intent of
inferred actions, and suggestions
about what evidence might mean and (b) dynamically
forecast context-dependent behaviors –
2 both malicious and non-malicious. Also of interest are
on-line and off-line algorithms for feature
extraction and detection in enormous graphs (as in billions of nodes)
as well as hybrid engines
where deduction and feature detection mutually inform one another."
Essentially,
they are creating a huge Database from which analysis can identify possible inferred threats.
It
should be remember that the "E" in SMITE means Elimination.
DARPA does not go into any
details as to what data would be used, but continually use the phrase "Inside threat detection".
Many "establishment" names, such as Lord Bertrand Russell
wrote throughout the 30's, 40's and 50's stating that they would use scientific techniques to control the minds of the masses.
They would also use the sciences to identify those who might pose a threat to their agenda. One example is using Behavior
Analysis tools such as the DISC Assessment that many corporation use to "help them identify communication styles"
among other behavior. What most people participating in these assessments do not know is where and how is the data stored
and just who has access to it.
Here's just a few questions taken from a DISC Assessment.
Many of these questions are seemigly innocent but let's just take a look at a few choices to which you either
need to respond to with Most Likely and Least Likely:
Group 4 - Stand up to opposition
Group
7 - not afraid to fight
Group 12 - Non Confrontational, giving in
Group 19 - Will do as told, follows
leaders
Group 23 - Avoid any conflict
If you would answer Most to the first two and least
to the other three, well you might just be marked for "E" (See SMITE above)
If you would answer Least
to the first two and Most to the other three, Congratulations - you'll make a great slave.

you take these assessments do you know where the data is stored?

DETECTION
AND COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSIS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SIGNALS (DCAPS)
Previously known as Healing Heroes,
the Detection and Computational Analysis of Psychological Signals (DCAPS) program seeks to identify technologies and analysis
techniques to assess psychological status by analyzing subtle cues and trends in complex clusters of personal and group behaviors.
Among other measures, DCAPS will look for “Honest Signals,” which are subtle behavioral cues that are not under
conscious control. It will do this by identifying behavioral or psychological cues that can help detect psychological
status and could be linked to depression, stress, suicide or other psychological health issues. Cues of interest will include facial affect, posture, voice stress, speech content, online behaviors, sleep patterns and social
interactions. DCAPS will leverage various social networks as well as standalone applications developed on personal computer
and mobile technologies. The goal is to identify behavioral (honest) signals of interest that can be extracted from
daily behaviors using these online and mobile tools.
Although
this science will be diligently studied, it will be rigidly confined to the governing class. The populace will not be allowed
to know how its convictions were generated. When the technique has been perfected, every government that has
been in charge of education for a generation will be able to control its subjects securely without the need of armies or policemen.''
