His mother was Anna Dunham, a U.S. Citizen

father was Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. a citizen of Kenya
In January 1964 Anna Dunham filed for divorce.
In
1965 Barack Hussein Obama Sr. migrated back to Kenya
When Obama Jr, was 6 years old his mother married an
Indonesian oil manager, Lolo Soetoro and the family moved to Jakarta.
Obama Jrs named was changed to Barry Soetoro.
He attended school in Jakarta under that name.
At that time ONLY INDONESIAN CITIZENS were allowed to attend school.
On
his application to attend school Barry Soetoro/ Obama Jr was listed as an Indonesian citizen. His religion was listed as Muslim.
In 1971 Barry Soetoro moved to Hawaii to live with his maternal grandparents.
So, if Soetoro/Obama was born in Kenya (and even if he wasn't, but was born in Hawaii as he claims) the fact that he became
an Indonesian Citizen automatically make him in-eligible to be President in accordance with the Constitution.

Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams
has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form,
hospital-generated birthcertificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in
Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi'olani Medical
Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.
"During the course of my employment,"
Adams swears in the affidavit "I became aware that many requests were being made to the City and County of Honolulu
Elections Division, the Hawaii Office of Elections, and the Hawaii Department of Health from around the country to obtain
a copy of then-Senator Barack Obama's long-form, hospital-generatedbirth certificate."
As he inquired about
the birth certificate, he says, his supervisors told him that the records were not on file at the Hawaii Department of Health.
"Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple occasions that no
Hawaii long-form, hospital-generatedbirth certificate existed for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department of Health,"
Adams' affidavit reads, "and there was no record that any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department
of Health or any other branch or department of the Hawaii government."
