THREE BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT
As defined by the Founding Fathers and the delegates at the Constitutional Convention, the plan was to divide power
within the federal government. They did not want these powers to be controlled by just one man or one group. The delegates
were afraid that if a small group received too much power, the United States would wind up under the rule of another dictator
or tyrant.
To avoid the risk of dictatorship or tyranny, the group divided the new government into three parts,
or branches: the executive branch, the legislative branch, and the judicial branch.
On May 4th, 2007 President
George Bush signed the National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive (National Security
Presidential Directive NSPD 51/Homeland Security Presidential Directive HSPD-20, sometimes called simply "Executive Directive
51" for short). This Presidential Directive which claims power to execute procedures
for continuity of the federal government in the event of a "catastrophic emergency". Such an emergency is construed
as "any incident, regardless of location, that results
in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure,
environment, economy, or government functions."
So, for the hard of reading..... The President can now decide
when he (or his controllers) can step up and "legally" become a dictator - all they need is the right (engineered)
crisis....
A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitunional or not, becomes "law" simply by it's
publication in the Federal Registry and Presidential Directive's, which by-pass Congress also become "law".
Here's
just a few Executive Orders that should give you major cause for concern....

designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration
of all persons.

Allows the government to take over all
airports and aircraft, including commerical aircraft.

Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate
areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005
Allows
the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

infamous Internet kill switch cybersecurity bill by attaching it to another piece of legislation that is almost guaranteed
to pass – the defense authorization bill.
